The theme for the XVIII Congress of Latin American Ports was “PORT DEVELOPMENTS IN LATIN AMERICA: NEEDS AND PERSPECTIVES,” which was geared toward the most important topics of interest related to the port industry. This event served as a great opportunity to exchange ideas and share lessons learned with port representatives from throughout the western hemisphere.
